JOHANNESBURG – The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) said it had taken great lessons about its oversight functions after an illegal military camp was found in Mpumalanga.
The regulator announced the camp where 95 Libyans were found was being operated illegally by Milites Dei Security Services.
