A star-studded tip-off party on the plaza just outside the Indiana Pacers home arena on Thursday marked the official start to NBA All-Star weekend.Friday’s All-Star festivities included the highly anticipated announcement of the 2024 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame finalists.
