A teenager suspected of shooting dead a cat in Salem, Oregon last month has been arrested, police said.The 16-year-old boy was the fourth person to be arrested after officers responded to reports that a pet cat had been shot and killed on the morning of May 10.A nearby surveillance system captured the event.
