At about 10:10 on Saturday, amid the chaos and destruction at the site of the collapsed building in George, a faint voice pierced through the piles of concrete.Advanced medical rescue paramedic Jetreu Jacobs said he could hear something – a sign of life. Jacobs called out to the unseen survivor and asked him to knock against the concrete slabs.
