President Cyril Ramaphosa has postponed the full implementation of the BELA Bill to allow for further engagements on two clauses over three months. Speaking at the signing of the bill at the Union Buildings, Ramaphosa said he had agreed to pause the implementation of two clauses which deal with school admissions and language. “I am willing to allow those who believe a solution will be found to the two clauses…
