The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) welcomed the resignation of the chairperson of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), Ernest Khosa.Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande dissolved the NSFAS board with immediate effect on Thursday and placed the entity under administration.Nzimande is expected to convene a “special media briefing” on Sunday to “explain the rationale for dissolving the NSFAS board”.
