Orlando Pirates claimed an impressive 2-0 win over Cape Town City at the Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday.
Two assists from Relebogile Mofokeng were received and finished by a grateful Tshegofatso Mabasa who bagged a brace of goals.
Mofokeng was a thorn in the flash of City’s defence, often stretching them with runs on the wide left channel. He was caught offside both correctly and incorrectly quite a few times during the first half, but corrected that. In the same vein, the same way Mabasa was wasteful in the first half, he was able to come good for Pirates.
