News24 | 'Sensitive information concerns' cited as City of Joburg fails to respond to City Power PAIA request

The City of Johannesburg has admitted that it has not responded to a Promotion of Access to Information Act request City Power had made a year ago, saying that it is concerned that doing so will expose sensitive information about its service providers.
