Markets bounced higher as tech stocks rebounded and as investors digested comments from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell that interest rate cuts are likely this year. The blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 76 points, or 0.2%. The S&P 500 gained 0.5%, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite was 0.6% higher.The Dow was up by more than 200 points in midday…
