JOHANNESBURG – African National Congress (ANC) president, Cyril Ramaphosa, said that criticisms and support of the Government of National Unity (GNU) were part of the country’s hard-fought democracy.
Ramaphosa was speaking at the South African Communist Party (SACP)’s annual Joe Slovo commemoration event at the Avalon Cemetery in Soweto.
The SACP is against the GNU and has accused the ANC of losing its way by joining hands with the Democratic Alliance.
