Fraud case against Booi and co-accused postponed to January

CAPE TOWN – The case against Democratic Alliance (DA) member and former Cape Town Human Settlements MMC, Malusi Booi, alleged 28s gang boss Ralph Stanfield and 24 others has been postponed by the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court until January next year.
They are accused of being part of a criminal enterprise headed by Stanfield and his wife Nicole Johnson. They face 54 charges including murder, attempted murder, racketeering and fraud among others.
