A Free State man no longer faces a culpable homicide case after his four dogs mauled his girlfriend to death on private property.The man was arrested on Tuesday, a day after his 28-year-old partner Nomathemba Kweleta was killed by his two pit bulls and two rottweilers in his yard.The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on Friday said the matter was not enrolled because there were no prospects of a successful conviction based on the regulations.
