Cross-examination of Nafiz Modack’s co-accused set to continue

CAPE TOWN – Alleged underworld gang boss, Nafiz Modack’s co-accused number two Zane Kilian is set to continue being cross-examined in the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday.  Kilian, along with Modack and 13 others face 122 charges related to various crimes, including the murder of top cop Charl Kinnear. Kinnear, who was investigating Modack at the time was shot dead outside his Bishop Lavis home in September 2020.
