The move by the ANC to discipline its recalcitrant former president, Jacob Zuma, is futile and further fans the flames of victimhood he so relishes. While it could point to a level of confidence by the governing party that the electoral threat Zuma poses may be dissipating, at least outside of KwaZulu-Natal, the ANC may also be seeking to sound a warning…
