Stepfather sentenced to life in prison for raping his stepdaughter while mom was working night shift

Durban — A stepfather has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the rape of his stepdaughter while the girl’s mother was working the night shift.National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in KwaZulu-Natal spokesperson Natasha Ramkisson-Kara said: “The Ntuzuma Regional Court sentenced a 46-year-old man to life imprisonment for the rape of his stepdaughter between 2019 and 2022.”The incidents happened in Inanda when the girl’s mother worked the night shift.
