PRETORIA – Police Minister Bheki Cele paid a visit to the Phalane family in Soshanguve on Tuesday.Five-year-old, Ditebogo Phalane, was shot by hijackers on Friday evening on his way to welcome his father home.Family spokesperson Gift Makoti says they’re grateful for the hard work being put in by SAPS officers but only the arrest of the killer will bring them some comfort.
