CAPE TOWN – A top senior investigator attached to the Hawks, has linked Nafiz Modack and some of his co-accused, to three murders and one case of attempted murder.These include the murder of Anti-Gang Unit investigator Charl Kinnear and the attempted murder of lawyer William Booth.The court heard how Modack used “The Terrible Westsiders” gang to do his dirty work.eNCA’s Ayesha Ismail reports in the video above.
