Man(39) arrested for toddler’s death in KZN

 JOHANNESBURG – A 39-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 3-year-old in oThongathi.He is also accused of assaulting a 7-year-old.The suspect is believed to have kidnapped and strangled the toddler after assaulting the 7-year-old.A manhunt for the suspect and the missing toddler began on Thursday.The mother told police the suspect is the injured boy’s stepfather.He was apprehended on Friday with the lifeless body of the three-year-old.He is being charged with murder, attempted murder, kidnapping and malicious damage to property.
