SOWETO – A toxicologist has found that six children in Naledi died from exposure to toxic organo-phosphate, Terbufos.<Organo-phosphates are a group of substances usually used in agriculture or as pesticides.But no link has been found as yet between the snacks the children bought from a local spaza shop and the chemical that killed them.eNCA’s Bafedile Moerane has more details in the video above.
