JOHANNESBURG – The Gauteng Traffic Police Department says that some road users are not complying with safety regulations.Drunken driving and speeding remain a major concern and the province has seen a spike in road fatalities since the start of the month.With traffic volumes expected to peak, authorities are calling for caution.Preliminary reports show that the first six days of December were a bloodbath on the country’s roads with 193 people dying in crashes.Authorities say jaywalking is a major contributor and driver behaviour remains a concern.  Authorities say law enforcement…
