CAPE TOWN – Elsies River Residents in Cape Town are demanding the probe into a teenage boy’s fatal shooting be expedited.Community members are blaming police for the 13-year-old’s death.They’re claiming police officers randomly opened fire in the area at the weekend.A 17-year-old boy wounded in the incident is recovering at home.eNCA reporter, Kevin Brandt, has more details in the video above.
