Eight robbers shot dead in Khayelitsha

CAPE TOWN – Police have confirmed a deadly shootout between a gang of robbers and the special task force in Khayelitsha, that has left eight people dead.The group was allegedly planning to commit a cash-in-transit heist.Firearms have been recovered at the scene.
