JOHANNESBURG – Children in the Western Cape have to dodge bullets instead of playing peacefully.Over 300 have been hit by stray bullets in the province since the start of the year.A total of 58 of them have been killed in the crossfire of warring gang members.We discuss this with Welcome Witbooi an Anti-Crime Activist and founder of the BrightSpark Foundation.
