DURBAN – KwaZulu-Natal is concerned about the impact of the ongoing budget cuts.The province will be losing over five billion rand over the next three years and the Health and Education Departments will bear the brunt of this.Premier Thami Ntuli says the impact of these cuts have already put strain on critical services.eNCA’s Barron Hufkie unpacks this with KZN Provincial MP and Democratic Alliance member, Dr Imran Keeka.
