CAPE TOWN – Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube says she won’t allow the Basic Education Laws Amendment Act to be used for political weaponising.Gwarube has outlined the next steps in the implementation of the BELA Act.President Cyril Ramaphosa proclaimed its full implementation in its current form on Friday.Gwarube says any person seeking to victimise schools or pupils will face the full might of the law. eNCA’s Kevin Brandt has more.
