Eskom blames staff for illegal connections

JOHANNESBURG – Eskom is pointing fingers at its own employees for allowing consumers to bridge their electricity and connect illegally.Monde Bala, the utilities’ Group Executive for Distribution, claims when they confront customers about their unlawful connections, they are frequently told Eskom staff assists them in doing so.
