JOHANNESBURG – Military budget cuts have been increasing for the past three decades.While, some may say a military is not a priority in peacetime, but the SANDF faces increasing obligations.It has to keep our borders and waters safe, while taking up operations around Africa.But Defence Minister Angie Motshekga insists the cuts have not yet brought the military to its knees.Deputy Defence Minister Bantu Holomisa joins us for more on this issue.
