OUTA rejects ANC’s mayoral candidate following Gwamanda’s resignation

JOHANNESBURG – The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse, Outa, has welcomed the resignation of Kabelo Gwamanda as Joburg mayor. CEO, Wayne Duvenage says the move is long overdue.
