CAPE TOWN – President Cyril Ramaphosa will address the country on Thursday night.It’s expected that he will outline the key priorities and policies of the seventh administration.The joint sitting of parliament will take place at the Cape Town City Hall where both houses of the newly established Parliament will convene.Several roads near the precinct have been closed ahead of the President’s address.eNCA reporter Manqoba Mchunu reports from City Hall.
