This past weekend, Springbok superstar Kurt-Lee Arendse suffered an injury scare after he was involved in an unfortunate head-to-head collision with former All Blacks midfielder Malakai Fekitoa while in URC action.

Bulls coach Jake White revealed he was rushed to hospital with a fractured cheekbone, and it was quickly decided that he needed to go in for surgery.

The good news, though, is that Arendse has now shared a post-op picture to Instagram, stating: “Operation successful. Thank you for the support.”
