JOHANNESBURG – Higher Education Minister Dr. Blade Nzimande rings in the changes at NSFAS.Nzimande has dissolved the NSFAS board.In a meeting on Thursday, the Minister announced he had decided to place the institution under administration.Nzimande says the final decision will be communicated in a Government Gazette on Friday.He will communicate his reasons for the decision on Sunday.
