Information regulator: Parties in Parliament non-compliant with PAIA

JOHANNESBURG – Political parties in Parliament are non-compliant in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act. That’s according to the Information Regulator Pansy Tlakula. She briefed the media earlier on cases and investigations. Tlakula says while some parties are partially compliant, there are areas they need to work on.
